Ichak mikrobiotasi inson ichaklarida yashaydigan mikroorganizmlar to'plamidir. Ichak mikrobiotasining asosiy vazifalari: murakkab oziq-ovqat tolalaridan energiya olish, immun tizimining yetukligi va shakllanishi, ichak angiogenezi, ichak epiteliysining shikastlanishini tiklash, asab tizimini rivojlantirish, patogenlardan himoya qilish va boshqalar. Ichak mikrobiotasi va antibakterial preparatlardan boshqa dorilar o'rtasidagi o'zaro ta'sir murakkab va ikki tomonlama: Dori-darmonlar mikroorganizmlarning xilma-xilligiga ta'sir qiladi va aksincha, ichak mikrobiotasi molekula tuzilishini fermentativ ravishda o'zgartirib, uning biologik mavjudligini o'zgartirib, organizmning dorivor moddaga bo'lgan munosabatini kuchaytiradi; biologik faollik yoki toksiklik. Dori vositalari, mikrobiota va xost o'rtasidagi o'zaro ta'sirni o'rganish juda murakab va bu o'zaro ta'sirlarning biologik mexanizmlari yetarlikcha mukammal aoslanmagan. Ushbu sharhda biz inson ichak mikrobiomasi va glyukoza miqdorini pasaytiradigan metformin o'rtasidagi ikki tomonlama o'zaro ta'sirni muhokama qilamiz, ishlatilganda mikrobiota tarkibidagi o'zgarishlarni tasvirlaymiz va inson tanasi uchun mumkin bo'lgan klinik oqibatlarni baholaymiz. Ushbu sohada bilimga ega bo'lish kelajakda 2tur qandli diabet ( QD2T) kaalligi davolash natijalarini yaxshilash uchun ishlatilishi mumkin bo'lgan yangi mikrobiota asosidagi strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish uchun yo'l ochishga yordam beradi.
