The Snowball Method is the approach taken in creating this component of the study. It is reinforced by the participants' responses to questions on how they view working while they are in school that financial support. Working while attending university is motivated by internal motivation to combine theory and practice as well as self-development. The results also demonstrate that the participants have a positive outlook and effective time management
