After getting acquainted with the plan, the director of the educational institution conveys its content to all teachers in the pedagogical council and appoints the persons responsible for the celebration or the administration of the celebration. Tasks for preparing for the holiday and deadlines for their completion will be delivered to these persons. The leader of the initial preparation before the convocation announces when the preparatory exercises for the holiday and the final pre-holiday exercises will be held.
