CREATIVE WRITING IN ENGLISH LESSONS

This article addresses the issue of increasing student motivation for writing in English language classes and developing language competence in learners. The article analyzes writing and written speech in modern foreign language teaching methods, considers the use of creative writing and its advantages in foreign language lessons. It also provides examples of different types of written creative tasks used in foreign language teaching. The main focus of the article is on developing the creative potential of high school students.
