Our country puts the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs in the field of investment and foreign trade activities, including investors and subjects of foreign trade activities, as one of the most fundamental tasks among any legal and Democratic state. This will require further strengthening the activities of state authorities and management bodies working continuously with business entities, ensuring legitimacy in control agencies, radically reducing the interference of state bodies in the activities of entrepreneurs, preventing violations and corruption. Scientific-theoretical analysis of the purpose, tasks and specifics of prosecutor's control over the implementation of legislation in the field of investment and foreign trade activities serves to increase the effectiveness of prosecutor's control in this area.
