ВЛИЯНИЕ ГИПЕРТОНИЧЕСКОГО РАСТВОРА НАТРИЯ ХЛОРИДА НА ВНУТРИЧЕРЕПНОЕ ДАВЛЕНИЕ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ЧЕРЕПНО-МОЗГОВОЙ ТРАВМОЙ
Аннотация
оценить эффективность использования гипертонического 3.5% раствора хлорида натрия (NaCl) в комплексе лечения больных с ЧМТ. Материал и методы: обследовано 20 пациентов в возрасте от 18 лет до 65 лет с черепно-мозговыми травмами и угнетением уровня сознания от 4 до 11 баллов по шкале комы Глазго.
