Abstract

Pyelonephritis occurs as a result of disease microbes entering the kidney tissue. Microbes move up the urethra in urethritis or cystitis, or when there are inflamed areas in the body, as well as in angina, tonsillitis, or tooth decay, the infection travels through the blood vessels and enters the kidney.
