This article examines the challenges and future prospects of Uzbekistan’s museum sector in the context of the country’s post-independence era. As repositories of the nation’s rich cultural heritage, museums in Uzbekistan have undergone significant transformations, engaging in preservation, education, research, and international collaboration. However, they confront resource constraints, technological advancements, and the imperative to enhance educational outreach.
