Abstract

The issues discussed in the article are devoted to the factors of preventing negative ideology and the formation of psychological stability in military training cadets: the role of leadership and mentoring, the importance of team spirit and collective identity, the development of professional competencies, support for the social environment, effective communication skills, the development of moral values and ethics.
