Abstract

Foreign experience in personnel management includes well-developed opportunities for the development of the organization of a public or non-public organization using human resources, as well as preserved scientific works of scientists dealing with the problems of human factors of enterprise development and organization. This article examines the experience of developed countries, including Japan and the USA, in managing the quality of human resources.
