Today, a wide range of legal measures aimed at improving the legal culture of our people are being implemented in our country. In addition, the entry of foreign investment into our country and the opening of a wide path to entrepreneurial activity also require studying the legal basis of this activity in a certain sense. The most important of these foundations is the law of contracts. For this reason, this article also briefly covers the law of contracts.
