PROCESSES AND THEIR COMPLICATIONS IN THE FACE-JAW AREA AND ORAL MUCOSA OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM KOVID-19 INFECTION
Abstract
The World Health Organization announced that the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus has reached the pandemic stage worldwide since March 2020, and the virus has covered all continents in a short period of time. This was announced by Tedros Gebreyesus, the director general of the organization. In this regard, he said: "We have come to the conclusion that the current situation related to the infection of the coronavirus, COVID-19, can be called a pandemic." A pandemic is a mass disease outbreak (epidemic) that covers several countries around the world and infects thousands of people. Thousands of people are fighting for their lives in hospitals. WHO is assessing the situation day and night. The whole world is worried about the rapid spread of the virus.
