INDIVIDUAL CREATIVE APPROACH IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract

People with disabilities are in most cases assessed as dependents who are unable to bring real benefit to themselves and society. However, vocational training for people with disabilities and the creation of specialized jobs for their employment are important not only for people with disabilities themselves - it is also economically beneficial for the state. Vocational education of disabled people is the most important aspect of their socio-psychological rehabilitation, since not only his material well-being, but also his psychological well-being largely depends on a person’s employment. This process is based, first of all, on social mechanisms, therefore, to resolve the problems of organizing vocational training and vocational rehabilitation, a societal approach is required, combining political, organizational, personnel, technological and creative resources of the entire society.
