Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mahalliy bug’doy navlarining yuqori haroratga bardoshliligini mikrosatyellit markerlari yordamida aniqlash yuzasidan o’tkazilgan kuzatuv ishlari keltirilgan bo’lib, tajriba yakunida PCR tahlili tanlangan ota-ona va F1 duragaylarida yuqori haroratga chidamlilik bo’yicha polimorfizm borligini ko’rsatdi.
