Abstract

Ushbu maqola insonlar uchun hozirgi kunda zaruratga aylangan mehnat motivatsiyasi haqida. Maqolada mehnat mativatsiyasi haqida ma’lumot berish bilan bir qatorda mehnat motivatsiyasini pasayishiga olib keladigan omillar tahlil qilingan. Hayotiy motivatsiyani shakillantiruvchi tavsiyalar berilgan.
