WAYS OF IMPROVING ARBITRATION COURTS IN UZBEKISTAN

That today in Uzbekistan there are various problems in the consideration of cases on civil and economic disputes in the formation of prospects for improving arbitration courts as one of the methods of alternative dispute resolution. This article explores the issue of prospects for improving arbitration courts in resolving disputes in an alternative manner.
