PROSPECTS OF TRAINING QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF TRANSPORT
Abstract
Every year number of methods are established to radically change the issues of providing competitive personnel to the transport sectors and industries of our country, to increase the quality of training of highly educated specialists, to provide highly qualified personnel who meet the requirements of the time in the necessary specialties in the transport system in a timely manner for the development of the regions of our republic, to supply the need for highly qualified personnel on the basis of calculations that provide a clear balance over the years, taking into account the current and prospective development programs of the relevant sector (field) and regions together with the ministries and agencies within the complexes. At the same time, the scale of reforms implemented in our country requires today's graduates to actively participate in these positive changes. This, in turn, places certain serious demands on the level of their knowledge and skills.
