MUALLIFLIK HUQUQI OBYEKTI SIFATIDA OPERATSION TIZIMLARNING O’RNI VA ULARNING HUQUQIY TABIATI
Abstract
O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Fuqarolik kodeksida ham O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Mualliflik huquqi va turdosh huquqlar to‘g‘risidagi qonunida ham elektron hisoblash mashinalari uchun dasturlar va ma’lumotlar bazasi mualliflik huquqining obyekti sifatida qaralgan. Shu sababli bu atamalar qanday huquqiy ma’no kasb etishini yuqoridagi normativ-huquqiy hujjatlardan, avvalo tekshirib olishimiz lozim.
