this scientific research is dedicated to helping students learn and teach more effectively by paying attention to the inner mental world of the student, after which classroom activities and teacher decisions affect children's learning. 'focuses on understanding how learning can create or limit opportunities. This article discussed the purpose of teaching English to young students, issues of development of the educational system of Uzbekistan. This article also deals with foreign language acquisition and learning by young children in the early stages of the school system. Although there are many unorganized theories, ideas, models and proposals on how to teach modern languages to young children, we focus on research studies that have made significant contributions to this field of research
