STRESS FACTORS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF STRESS IN SPORTS ACTIVITIES

This article describes a problem of how stress can have a negative effect on sports competition activity. On the basis of theoretical analysis, we can determine the concept of what ‘stress’ is. The article also gives the knowledge about sports activity stress factors of inward and outward nature and the peculiarities of their exposure, including the specifics of competition activity in different sports.
