In the below article analyzes the implementation of a corporate governance system in joint-stock companies and banks of Uzbekistan, an analysis of current corporate governance in accordance with global principles CG and diversification of the national corporate governance, as well as the way of developing corporate governance and it’s role on attracting investments.
