TSIANOKOBALAMIN METABOLIZMI VA METFORMINTERAPIYA

Metformin qandli diabet 2 turini davolashda qo’llaniladigan asosiy biguanidlar guruhiga mansub preparatiir, qonda qand miqdorini pasaytiradi, insulinorezistentlikka qarshi ta’sirga ega, qon tomir patologiyasi va o'lim xavfini kamaytiradi, geroprotektiv ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Epidemiologik va randomizatsiyalangan tadqiqotlar shuni ko'rsatdiki, metformin bilan uzoq muddatli davolanish qonda B12 vitamini darajasining pasayishi xavfini oshiradi, bu diabetik periferik neyropatiyaning rivojlanishiga ta’sir etadi. Metformin qabul qiliish miqdori va davomiyligi katta ahamiyatga egadir. Shifokorlar metformin bilan davolanayotganlarda periferik neyropatiya rivojlanishini bartaraf etishda qonda cianokobalamin meyori nazoratini olib borishlari zarur va bemorlar ogoh bo’lishlari tavsiya etiladi.
